Edwin Morley-Fletcher

CEO
Professor of Political Science at the University of Macerata and president of Lynkeus. A former member of the board of directors of the National League of Cooperatives and Health Insurance Schemes (1989-1998), co-president of the Basic Income European Network (1989-1998), president of Unicard SpA (1990-1996), member of the board of CNEL (the National Council of Economy and Labour) and coordinator of its Welfare Market Group (1995-2000).

Alessandro Sattanino

SENIOR ECONOMIST
An economist with particular expertise in information science. Manager and research associate at the European Research Centre (CER) in Rome for many years. Leader of numerous studies on the impact of the spread of communications and information technology in Italian society, especially in government. Manager for five years of the government agency in charge of preparing the Millennium celebrations in Rome and responsible for the planning and creation of information and telecommunication systems for Holy Year. Former professor of Politics and Economics and the History of Economics at the University of Molise.

Alpin MacGregor

MANAGER, Head of the e-Business Area
Laurea (Master’s degree) in Economics at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, with a dissertation on auction mechanism and eCommerce. In 1994, junior analyst at VISA International assisting EMEA economic research; from 1996-1999, freelance consultant in IT-related issues; from 1999 project manager at Electio Ltd. (eCommerce startup, UK) for business development in Italy, and since 2001, director of the board.
Involved in the pre-startup phase of Lynkeus since 1999, from 2001 head of the eBusiness Area with particular expertise on eCommerce, eProcurement (electronic auctions and marketplace).
Certified Project manager Professional (PMP), plays an active role within the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Italian Institute of Project Management (ISIPM).

Consultants and research associates

The rest of the team includes consultants, researcher and analysts as well as professionals with several other areas of expertise in various disciplines. All the members of the team have significant relevant experience in the sectors of IT strategy, finance and research, in many cases at the international level.
